India is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with more than 13 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

India believes that every person deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to heal and grow. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. She works alongside clients to identify their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting changes.

In addition to providing individual counseling, India has extensive experience in clinical leadership, counselor supervision, and program development within behavioral health and addiction treatment settings. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and remains committed to lifelong learning and providing the highest quality of care.
