Gretchen Dison
MA, LPC

Gretchen Dison is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for helping people find clarity, confidence, and connection in their lives. I work with individuals of all ages and families who are navigating everything from anxiety and stress to life transitions, relationship issues, and personal growth.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and free to be yourself—no judgment, just honest conversation and meaningful progress. I often use tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, but I tailor each session to fit what works best for you.

learned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Louisiana, Monroe, a Master's in Counseling from Louisiana Tech University and l'm licensed in the State of Louisiana. Her counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, insight, and purposeful action. I am committed to creating an inclusive, culturally responsive practice that honors each client's unique identity and lived experience, creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered.

If you're looking for someone to walk alongside you as you work through life's challenges and make positive changes, l'd be honored to support you.
