A MESSAGE TO OUR CLIENTS
In order to do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community, we’ll temporarily close our office beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2020. We plan to resume regular in-person office visits on Tuesday, April 14th, 2020, but will follow CDC, local, state, and federal guidelines in place on that date.
Our office staff is still available for you during our normal office hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
All of our counselors and psychologists will continue to serve their existing clients using our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. We are accepting new clients. Our intake paperwork can be completed online, so there’s nothing to print and return before scheduling and participating in your first session.
While these times are unprecedented and circumstances are fluid, we also know this is temporary. I want to thank our incredible team for their commitment to serving our clients.
Please take care of yourself, your families and the ones you love. We look forward to seeing you again in our office soon.
Kindly,
Jill Waltemate
Executive Director
