In my practice, counseling is a dynamic partnership, where you and I collaboratively navigate the path to your best mental wellbeing. In this sacred space of trust and safety, we embark on a journey to uncover your strengths, resilience, and untapped potential.

My mission is to guide you in:

  1. Setting and Achieving Goals: Together, we'll define your aspirations and outline a roadmap for your personal growth and healing.

  2. Enhancing Communication: We'll work on improving your ability to express yourself, fostering deeper connections with others.

  3. Building Resilience: Strengthen your self-esteem, bolstering your ability to face life's challenges with confidence.

  4. Cultivating Autonomy: Rediscover your inner strength and regain control over your life choices.

My experience spans ages five and up and encompasses various areas, including trauma, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, attention issues, and behavioral concerns.

I firmly believe that counseling should be as unique as you are. With specialized training in EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, and sandtray therapy, I'm equipped to customize our sessions to align with your distinct needs. Moreover, my training through the AGATE Institute in EMDR sandtray equips me to address childhood trauma.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the same institution. I am proud to hold the title of a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana.
